(1) Shred the waste tyre to rubber powder with the fully automatic rubber powder machine and feed rubber into pyrolysis reactor;
(2) Heat the pyrolysis reactor to a certain temperature, usually at 200~300℃, the most oil gas is produced;

(3) Cool oil gas into liquid fuel oil after going through the cooling system;
(4) The carbon black will be discharged automatically and greenly with the carbon black wind transfer system, and the exhaust gas will be purified with the tail gas cleaning system and desulfurization tower;

The key of continuous production must be three basic links jointly completed, that is, non-stop feeding, non-stop slagging, uninterrupted output of oil and gas. In particular, continuous feeding and non-stop slagging are two key technologies, it is related to whether the production is real continuous or not. Because if the residue can not be discharged in time, the feedstock can not be fed continuously, so can not achieve continuous operation. The key technology is that we designed the "automatic gas seal feed and slagging method" and other proprietary, patented technology, so that our machine can continuously load the feedstock even at high temperature conditions, the residue kept discharged from the reactor; the oil gas uninterrupted going out of the reactor, thus forming a continuous operation and greatly improving the production efficiency and environmental effects.
