In December 2025, DOING achieved successful cooperation with a Philippine client. The client purchased one set of 3 TPD tire pyrolysis oil distillation plant, aiming to upgrade its existing waste tire recycling business by refining pyrolysis oil into high-value diesel.

The Philippine client has long been engaged in the waste tire recycling industry and already operated 2 sets of tire pyrolysis plant, generating significant volumes of crude pyrolysis oil. He learned that distillation plant could refine tire pyrolysis oil into diesel fuel, increasing product value, enhancing market competitiveness, expanding sales channels, and ultimately improving overall profitability. After evaluating various options, the Philippine client discovered our advanced distillation technology and sent us an inquiry.

The Philippine client expressed his primary concern about environmental issues. DOING pyrolysis oil to diesel distillation plant utilizes a circulating water system, producing no wastewater. Furthermore, the combustible, non-condensable tail gas can be returned to the reactor as fuel, and the environmental protection device ensures that non-condensable non-combustible tail gas is discharged in accordance with environmental standards. The business manager introduced to the Filipino client that our distillation plant comes in various models: 0.1/0.5/1/3/5/7/10/14 tons/day.

The Philippine client plans to start with a 3TPD tyre oil refining distillation plant to evaluate its performance and decide whether to expand production capacity based on sales performance. In December 2025, after confirming all cooperation details, the client signed the order with DOING.
