During negotiations, the customer's company abandoned this plastic recycling fuel oil project, but the customer did not give up and decided to pursue the project independently. The 500 kg fabricated pyrolysis machine provided to the customer features a robust structure and uses high-pressure resistant materials. Key components are welded using precision welding techniques to minimize leaks, and a multi-layer thermal insulation design maintains a stable temperature during the pyrolysis process. The machine's core components, such as the condensing coils, are made of corrosion-resistant alloy materials to withstand the acidic byproducts produced during plastic decomposition. The unit can achieve an oil yield of approximately 40-50% from mixed plastics and is equipped with integrated safety valves and pressure sensors to ensure reliable operation. Furthermore, the 500 kg fabricated pyrolysis oil refinery machine utilizes a catalytic-efficient distillation system, ensuring reliable operation when processing pyrolysis oil. The unit includes a distillation tank and acid-base liquid catalytic filtration for removing impurities and odors. This system maintains a stable output, converting crude pyrolysis oil into clean, usable diesel fuel suitable for diesel engines, heavy machinery, or industrial boilers, with a diesel fuel conversion efficiency of 85-90%.
