The safety system includes three safety devices-oil water separator,water seal and vacuum device. Oil-water separator is mainly used for preventing the back flow of oil gas, while water seal is for preventing the back flow of the tail gas (incondensable gas), then the vacuum device could suck out the hot oil gas left inside the reactor after pyrolysis, speed up the cooling process, ensure the safety and no smell during discharging process.

The smoke cleaning system adopts both physical and chemical method to solve tail smoke. The tail smoke will be sucked by the draft fan,and enters the bottom of the desulfurization dedusting tower.Then the smoke spreads evenly after passing through four sprays and four layer ceramic filler, so that the smoke can be fully desulphurized by the catalyst liquid. The dust will be separated by the centrifugal force, and adsorbed by the water.
