The reactor is designed as a screw conveyor, the tire is turned into oil gas during the process of being transported at high temperature, and the oil gas enters the condensers for cooling down to oil, which is same with the our batch system, it also adopts the circulated water cooling system, which has a large cooling area, and no waste water coming out. The carbon black is automatically discharged uninterrupted, the whole process is also totally enclosed, it can avoid the ash pollution.
