Waste plastic mulch/plastic film pyrolysis is an innovative waste recycling technology that transforms discarded plastics into valuable fuel oil through high-temperature thermal decomposition. DOING Group's plastic mulch recycling pyrolysis machine integrates a comprehensive process flow, including pretreatment, pyrolysis, condensation, and final products collection, enabling the efficient recovery of plastic film into fuel oil, syngas, and carbon black.

Here's a detailed breakdown of our waste plastic mulch recycling pyrolysis machine's process flow:
1. Raw Material Pre-treatment:
The initial step involves sorting the waste plastic mulch to remove impurities such as cotton, straw, soil, and stones. This crucial stage prevents contamination of the final oil product and protects the equipment from abrasion during the pyrolysis process. After sorting, the relatively clean plastic mulch can be either baled or shredded, facilitating easier feeding and more efficient subsequent pyrolysis reactions.
2. Pyrolysis Reaction:
The baled or shredded plastic mulch is fed into the pyrolysis reactor via an automatic hydraulic feeding machine or manually by a grab machine. Once the reactor door is sealed, the heating system is activated, subjecting the plastic mulch to high-temperature thermal decomposition in an oxygen-free environment. Typically, the heating temperature ranges between 260°C and 320°C. Under this high heat, the long-chain polymers in the plastic begin to break down into shorter-chain hydrocarbons.

3. Oil Gas Condensation and Collection:
Oil gas production commences when the reactor temperature reaches 160°C. The most prolific oil output phase occurs between 260°C and 280°C. The oil gas exits from the rear of the reactor, entering a buffer tank to stabilize the flow rate and allow partial settling of carbon black impurities.
Following buffering, the oil gas sequentially passes through a multi-stage condensing system, including a vertical condenser, oil-water separator, horizontal condenser, and a condensing tower. Through heat exchange with circulating cooling water, the oil gas is condensed into liquid oil, which is then collected and stored in an oil tank.
4. Carbon Black Separation
Upon completion of the pyrolysis reaction, the carbon black discharge port is opened. The reactor is rotated, and the carbon black is collected via the carbon black discharge system.
5. Environmental Control
The remaining non-condensable gas is treated by the gas purification and deodorization system. This purified syn-gas is then recycled back into the reactor’s heating furnace as fuel, significantly reducing external fuel consumption. The flue gas generated during the pyrolysis and syn-gas combustion processes is meticulously treated by desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal equipment. This ensures that emissions meet environmental standards, guaranteeing a smoke-free and odor-free operation, thereby complying with environmental impact assessment and acceptance criteria.
