However, before receiving the pyrolysis machines, our customers need to do some preparary work to ensure the successful installation of the pyrolysis machines. 1. Factory layout

Firstly, you need to make a layout of your factory. The site you choose needs to have adequate space for the pyrolysis machine and additional equipment, such as safety device, environmental protection system, final products further processing devices, etc. Also, you need to plan storage space for raw materials and final products, etc.

2. Foundation construction

A strong and stable foundation is necessary to support the weight of the machine and withstand vibrations. Concrete foundations are commonly used. Additionally, if the slag discharging method is side discharge, we also need to dig the pit to load the discharged carbon black. Normally, after placing order, DOING will send our customers a foundation construction drawing, which can help our customer speed up the foundation construction.

3. Utilities in factories

Here the customer needs to prepare enough electricity and water supply to ensure the successful installation and subsequent operation.

In addition to the above preparary works, there are also other additional materials that need to be prepared at the customer's installation site (except for the complete set of equipment and the installed installation materials).

1. Installation tools: Crane (with load bearing at least 30 tons), forklift, cutter, welding machine, gas cutting machine, air compressor, polisher, threading machine, spanner, pipe spanner, platform, etc.

2. Installation workers: welders, bricklayers, plumbers and electricians, etc. And the exact worker number and attendance time are decided by customers after discussing with the assigned technician.)
