Complete fully continuous oil sludge pyrolysis equipment: including a feeder, reactor, condenser, oil storage tank, and environmental treatment equipment. The pyrolysis reactor is constructed of 304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion from acidic compounds in oil sludge and maintaining structural integrity at an operating temperature of 300-550°C, resulting in a service life of 5-8 years. The pyrolysis reactor also features a built-in degumming device to prevent colloidal deposits from clogging the system. The system has been tested using actual oil sludge samples from the customer to ensure its effectiveness.

Fully automatic PLC control system: The fully automated PLC control system was customized to the customer's needs, featuring a Chinese interface and preset parameters for specific sludge types. During pre-shipment testing, the system demonstrated seamless control of feed, heating, and product separation. Its simple operation allows operators to quickly master operational skills.
