What is the conversation process of WMO into diesel fuel?

1st step -- Waste motor oil distillation

Waste motor oil is heavier and has higher density and flash point than normal diesel. To make it become lighter, its long-chain hydrocarbon has to be pyrolyzed into the short one, so the first step is distillation.

2nd - step -- Catalytic pyrolysis

In this process, the distillation oil gas will go through the catalytic tower of our waste motor oil distillation machine for further refining. Two different kinds of solid catalysts inside the tower work together to purify the distilled oil gas.

3rd-step -- Distilled oil gas cooling

The distilled oil gas after catalytic treatment will flow into the cooling system of our waste motor oil distillation machine for cooling down and then collected into temporary oil tanks.

4th -step -- Distilled oil decoloring and purification

The color of the diesel directly produced from the standard equipped distillation system is brown yellow. The purification system could further purify and bleach the diesel, thus to get a much lighter color.

Obviously, this type of waste motor oil distillation machine has higher work efficiency and safety, and the cost will also a little higher. If you want to save some project cost, you can also select the common type waste motor oil distillation machine, which uses the liquid acid and alkali catalysts(which can be purchased in some regions at a cost-effective price) to purify the waste motor oil. And the purifying conversation process is a little different. For this type, after distillation, the oil gas will be cooled into liquid oil directly, then add the acid and alkali catalysts to purify, then we can get the diesel oil.
