1. Recover fuel from solid or semi-liquid waste oil sludge

If your oil sludge is the solid or semi-liquid type, it’s the oil mixed with the sand or soil, or the oil sludge from the bottom of the oil tank, then suggest you with the batch type pyrolysis plant or semi-continuous type pyrolysis plant. 2.Recover fuel from liquid waste oil sludge

If your oil sludge is totally liquid and it could flow, then suggest you with the oil sludge distillation plant. The distillation plant is specially used to recycle liquid waste, like the waste engine oil, engine oil, waste tire plastic pyrolysis oil or crude oil, etc.

And the final product will be better from the waste oil sludge pyrolysis plant, because it needs to use catalyst in the distillation plant. And usually the oil yield of the liquid oil sludge is high, could be 70%-80%. But if your oil sludge contains a lot of water, suggest you remove water first, otherwise it will affect the running efficiency of the waste oil sludge distillation plant.

3.Recover fuel from all types of waste oil sludge

But if you have all types of waste oil sludge, suggest you with the batch type pyrolysis plant, the batch type machine could be used to process all types of oil sludge. And batch type pyrolysis plant price is relatively lower, is better cost-performance.
