DOING offers two types of used hydraulic oil recycling distillation machines. One type uses liquid catalyst H₂SO₄ and NaOH to purify waste oil. If you can easily obtain these chemicals locally, this option is recommended. The other type utilizes solid catalysts, which are our patented products and cannot be purchased from other suppliers. This type is ideal and more effective for customers who cannot access the required chemicals locally.

Pour hydraulic oil into vertical distillation reactor

Unlike waste tires or plastics, hydraulic oil is a liquid material. Our vertical reactor design ensures a more uniform heating area compared to horizontal reactors. This design is more efficient in removing impurities. Once the oil is in the reactor, open the burners to heat the distillation reactor. Under high-temperature heating, impurities are removed, and the waste oil is further distilled into oil gas.

Purification process

This step is divided into two categories. Our traditional distillation machine uses liquid catalysts, which are acid and alkali solutions, to purify the oil. Our new distillation machine uses solid catalysts, distilled oil gas from distillation reactor will firstly passes through the catalytic tower for purification and then liquid fuel oil---non standard diesel. For even cleaner diesel, you can decolorize it with white clay. Finally, the distillation oil, which has been decolorized and deodorized, is filtered through a leaf filter to produce bright and pure diesel fuel.
