1.Fasting heating system

DOING waste distillation machine uses two methods to heat the reactor at the same time, indirect heating circulation system and direct heating system. The indirect heating circulation system heats the conduction oil to a high temperature firstly, then use this conduction oil in tube to heat waste oil. The conduction oil used in the heating process is circulated, which could save heating fuel a lot. The combination of the indirect and direct heating system could speed us the distillation process, thus to ensure high efficiency.
2. Distillation reactor
Distilled fractions are different at different temperatures. According to this principle, the distillation reactor extracts the diesel oil from the waste oil at high temperature. The diesel coming out of this distillation reactor is gas and needs to be cooled to become the liquid diesel we usually use. Vertical design makes residue discharge more convenient.
3. Water cooling circulation system

Water cooling circulation system, also called cooling system, consists of two parts, 2 vertical condensers and 2 horizontal condensers. The total heat exchanging area of cooling system is about 104m², thus the oil gas can be fully cooled. As you see that the cooling system of our waste oil distillation machine adopts shell and tube condensers. Water only goes through between the shell and inner tube for cooling the oil gas going through the inner tube. This way, water has no contact with oil gas, thus would ont become dirty. And water is for circulating use, no consumption, no discharge.
4. Decolor and deodor system
Decolor and deodor system
As we know, waste oil is mixed with dirty and smelly oil. The decolor and deodor system is used to separate diesel from them and collect it into a separate oil tank. Through this process, The impurities inside the diesel are absorbed and meanwhile the dark color is removed to some extent.
5. Purification system
In order to get higher quality diesel oil, we use the purification system to further purify the diesel. Finally, the diesel oil we get is clean and has light yellow color.
6. Environmental protection system
To prevent the waste gas pollution, we equip the our waste oil distillation machine with two dedusting system and tail gas cleaning system. When heating distillation reactor with fuel, there is smoke and dust generated, if the fuel is coal or wood or heavy oil, the smoke and dust are more, so it is necessary to use dedusting system to remove the dust and impurities of smoke for environmental protection. The tail gas is recycled to heat distillation reactor firstly and then goes through tail gas cleaning system. By using this tail gas cleaning system, 80-90% harmful emissions could be removed from the tail gas, thus to meet the emission standard.
