The process of DOING oil sludge pyrolysis plant

First, put the oil sludge into the pyrolysis reactor of the oil sludge pyrolysis plant, if it is a liquid sludge, pump it into the pyrolysis reactor, and then close the inlet and outlet doors.

Next, heat the pyrolysis reactor with coal, wood, gas, oil or any one of other fuels to convert the oil sludge into oil gas.

Then, the oil gas will be cooled by the condensation system. After that, the pyrolysis oil gas will be turned into liquid oil and pumped into the tank.

And then, the tail gas produced by pyrolyzing process can be purified and recycled for use as fuel to assist heating the pyrolysis reactor.

At last, the flue gas after combustion of the fuel and tail gas is effectively treated by desulfurization & purification tower to meet the environmental protection standards.
