On February 29, 2024, the Vietnamese customers contacted us via WhatsApp and expressed their interest in pyrolysis and carbonization machine, hoping to learn more about the details of the continuous charcoal making machine, especially the working process and related technology. Then our manager had a detailed communication with the customer. During the communication process, we also clarified some of the customer's needs, such as the customer's raw materials are organic waste such as fruit shells and vegetables, the customer's processing capacity and product requirements, and designed a plan based on the customer's needs. For example, considering the high water content of the customer's raw materials, our engineers suggested adding a dryer to ensure that the entire production line can proceed smoothly and produce high-quality carbon.

After the inspection, the customer decided to choose us as a partner. After the order was signed, our factory immediately started to arrange production-related matters. All departments in the factory worked together, and after two months of intense work, this set of 5-6t/h continuous charcoal making machine was finally produced.

Shipping process:

After comprehensive and meticulous testing and debugging, workers disassemble the continuous charcoal making machine into parts that are easy to transport.
