Our pyrolysis reactor adopts 360 degree rotation heating design to ensure waste plastic fully cracked; our cooling system includes 2 vertical condensers, 2 horizontal condensers and 2 cooling tower, the total heat exchanging area is about 104 m², thus the gas can be completely cooled into oil, increase the output.

2. Long service life

3. Safe

The plastic to oil conversion machine is equipped with oil-water separator, water seal and vacuum device, safety valves, pressure gauges, etc. Oil-water separator is mainly used for preventing the back flow of oil gas, while water seal is for preventing the back flow of the tail gas (uncondensable gas). And vacuum device could provide negative pressure to the system, thus to keep safe operating pressure.

4. Eco-friendly

The entire process is sealed, no exhaust gas. Dedusting device can remove the dust and smoke produced by the fuel when heating the reactor, the desulfurization and deodorization tower is used to remove harmful gases from the smoke. In addition, tail gas cleaning system purify the exhaust gas to meet the standard of emission. The water used in the cooling process is circulated, so no consumption, no pollution to environment.
