12TPD pyrolysis plant was delivered to Senegal

On July 15, 2023, DOING 12TPD pyrolysis plant was delivered to Senegal. This is our Indian customer's pyrolysis project in Africa. Our Indian customer has ordered a total of 4 sets of 12TPD pyrolysis plants to build pyrolysis projects in Africa, include Senegal, Togo, and Tanzania. Two sets of pyrolysis plants have been shipped to Africa Togo on May 19, 2023, and another set of pyrolysis plants will be sent to Africa Tanzania as soon as possible.

The devices shipped along with the pyrolysis plant:

1. Feeder with a hoist, which can maximize the use of the reactor space, and increase the efficiency( by 1.5 times compared with manual feeding);

2. The negative pressure device, which can extract the remaining oil and gas, avoids flash explosion when the reactor door is opened and meets oxygen in the air; and this device is also one of our patented designs;

3. The briquetting machine, which can press carbon black into balls( its combustion value can reach 7000Kcal/kg, which can replace coal as industrial fuel) and sold as fuel. The sales value of carbon black balls after deep processing is higher than that of carbon black powder.

Our Indian customer for this order is one of our old customers. He bought our machines as early as 2019 and they have been running very well so far. Because of the high quality of our pyrolysis plant and our perfect service, he chooses us again.
