On September 25th, 2020, 6 sets of 15TPD waste tyre into fuel oil plant finally completed the installation and debugging in China’s Hunan. Below is the project schedule.

As can be seen from the table, because of the spread of COVID-19, we have to take more time on the production, transportation and installation of the equipments. It did take a long time from the signing of the contract to the completion of the project. Fortunately we have finished the whole project and it is working well now. Our preject manager sent many pictures that documented the entire installation process.

According to the feedback from our field engineer, 6 sets of 15TPD waste tyre into fuel oil plant can handle 90 tons of waste tyres every day, and get 36 tons of tyre pyrolysis oil, 27 tons of carbon black and 13.5 tons of steel wire every day. All these products can be sold directly for great profit. Our customer is very satisfied with the performance of our plants.
