Communication process:

The Indian customer contacted us to learn about copper wire granulator machine and PCB separator machine. After the communication, our sales manager understood the customer requirements: First, the machine must be environmental friendly. Second, the company, who supplies copper wire granulator machine and PCB separator machine, should be the direct supplier, not a middleman.

Our sales manager made a detailed introduction of our dry type physical separation method and dust removal system to him, which makes our machine meets the requirement of environment protection. Besides, the sales manager introduced our company and factory through a video connection, and tested the separation rate of both copper wire granulator machine and PCB separator machine in our factory. On January 18, 2023, Indian customer signed a contract to order a DY-600 copper wire granulator machine and 100kg/h PCB separator machine with Doing Group.

Production and Delivery:

After sign the contract, DOING Factory begin to production this order. When DY-600 copper wire granulator machine and 100kg/h PCB separator machine was produced completely, our sales and Indian customer made a video call to test the effect of operation and separation. Our Indian customer was sure that there is no problem, then DOING Factory arrange the Delivery of machine. On March 4, 2022, the DY-600 copper wire granulator machine and 100kg/h PCB separator machine were loaded on the lorry to be sent to India.
