What are the uses of pyrolysis carbon black?

Here are the main applications of pyrolysis carbon black:

(1)Pyrolysis carbon black obtained from waste tire plastic pyrolysis plant still has a high calorific value and can be processed and used as solid fuel.

The heating value of tire pyrolysis carbon black is as high as 7000kcal/kg, which is even higher than some coal, so it can be directly sold to the market or carbon black traders.

(2)Besides, pyrolysis carbon black can be further processed into briquettes for easy burning like charcoal, which can be used as industrial heating purpose.

(3)Pyrolysis carbon black can be also further processed and refined to make non-standard carbon black, which can be used as semi-reinforcement and filler in the rubber industry instead of the national standard N330, N550, and N660 which are widely used in motorcycle and electric vehicle (inner and outer) tires, sealing rings, etc. Pads, rubber strips, hoses, cables, rubber sheets, soles, rubber rollers, conveyor belts, ink, asphalt, building materials, waterproofing agents, medium and low-grade masterbatch, plastic raw materials, cement mortar caulking agents, plastic raw materials, etc.
