How do you make fuel out of rubber tires?

1st step:Pyrolysis reactor heating

First, we need to put rubber tires into pyrolysis reactor through the feeding door. And then pyrolysis reactor needs to be heated for about 2 hours for preheating. When starting to heat the pyrolysis reactor, it can be heated by fuel oil, gas, wood, coal etc. Some flue gas can be recycled to heat the reactor and once we obtain the pyrolysis fuel oil, there is no need to use the extra material to heat the reactor, which saves much cost of heating.

2nd step: Oil gas cooling into fuel oil

After the rubber tires are cracked into oil gas, the oil gas will further enter the oil gas cooling system for condensing into liquid fuel oil. DOING rubber tire pyrolysis plant's cooling system includes two sets of vertical condensers and two sets of horizontal condensers, which is the most professional cooling system of industries. Also, there is a set of oil-water separators and two sets of cooling towers which definitely will get all the oil gas to be cooled down during the pyrolysis process to improve the oil yield.

3rd step: flue gas purification

The last step is to purify the flue gas. Flue gas purification system is an environmental protection device which is used for filtering the dust and removing some little sulfide which is contained in the flue gas. Making sure that the emission is friendly to the environment and meet the policy requirements of each country.
